Title: Senior BI Lead

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of BI solutions to support business objectives

Manage and mentor a team of BI developers and analysts

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and ensure BI solutions meet their needs

Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all BI systems

Develop and maintain BI reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to decision-makers

Stay current with the latest BI trends and technologies and make recommendations for improvements

Skills & experience

8+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field

Strong leadership and management skills

Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView

Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes

Highly organised individual that can work under pressure

Excellent communication and presentation skills - fun and outgoing personality!
