You're our go-to expert for all things hardware and software installation. You're able to work to internal and customer SLA's and take end-to-end ownership of problem resolution.
But it's not just about fixing issues - you're also be responsible for managing client expectations and creating and maintaining customer specific infrastructure documentation - the one who clients rely on to keep their systems running. You'll enjoy being able to continuously develop your skills, whether through service desk work or onsite coverage.
Requirements
You're a seasoned field-based engineer with a track record of supporting SME's. You've got that experience of working in a customer-facing role, ready to be part of a wider service delivery function and work on multiple-site clients.
You've got the skills and expertise to keep our clients' systems running at peak performance and here are the platforms you're familiar with:
