Implementation Project Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion on a national and international scale, our client is looking to hire an Implementation Project Manager to help customers to implement their platform within their organisations. Our client's products are changing the care sector by keeping people safe and able to live independently for longer.

The incoming individual will work closely with the Customer Success Manager to plan and execute implementation and onboarding strategies.

They will also:

Project manage and oversee the implementation process with customers

Manage relationships with technology partners and suppliers

Be a voice of the customer to the broader company internally, reporting to the product development team to encourage continuous improvements

Ensure the project is delivered within the agreed timeframe and mitigate any risks to the implementation

Work as a senior member within the onboarding team and take the initiative on new processes to improve time to valuePerson Specification:

You have experience in onboarding/implementation and project management

You're a motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

You are proactive and always looking to delight customers

You're highly organised and you can structure and prioritise your workload to achieve your targets
