Client - My client is a world leader in their industry with over £2B in turnover. They’re currently going through a huge £20m programme of work, across ERP, website integration and systems configuration.

Role - My Client is looking for a Development Manager to manage multiple development activities in their UK Digital team for a major transformation project, due for delivery in 2023.

Reporting to the UK Head of Digital, and working alongside the Digital Project Manager, the role will be to manage delivery across two areas of development – Web and Configuration.

Skills/Experience - The ideal candidate will come from a technical Microsoft background, having worked in cloud-based transformation projects, working with multiple stakeholders – both in IT and within the wider business.

They will be comfortable working in ‘man-in-the-middle’ cross-functional teams, coordinating development and support to those who we supply, and those that supply us.

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall are essential, particularly in a large project executing in both methodologies. The candidate will be process-driven, but understand the urgency of achieving outcomes, and use a logical and pragmatic approach to do this
