BMC is seeking a confident, Dynamic and ambitious Server Engineer for a leading IT business that is currently expanding the team to new areas and is looking for someone to join at an exciting time for the business, as we expanded our client base across the country.
Technical Ability

- Active Directory, DFS, DHCP Hyper V, Azure ,DNS,
- Mail and Server Migrations
- 2 years of experience

Summary
As a Technical Support Engineer, I'm responsible for providing remote & onsite technical support to our customers, ensuring all support tickets are logged in our Customer Relationship Management system, and keeping the customer regularly updated with issue resolution progress. Additionally, I work in collaboration with colleagues on major incident recovery, proactively identify potential problems and issues on customer sites, identify opportunities to implement improved solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.
You will also have a responsibility to share technical knowledge and contribute articles to the knowledgebase, complete research, testing, and development on imminent technologies, engage in ongoing training and gain technical qualifications, project delivery, solution design, delivery of Project and Maintenance of Servers in our Datacentre.
