Our client is on the lookout for a talented JavaScript Engineer to join their existing R&D Team based in Edinburgh on a hybrid basis.

This role is open to Junior to Mid-Level Engineers – Ideally those with 1-4 years industry experience.

The day to day

Playing an integral part in a small world class development team.

Software Development & Support in a Linux // Java environment

Developing in React / HTML / CSS / JavaScript

Work collaboratively with other members of the team – software engineers, product managers, engineering management.

Requirements:

Strong academic history – degree educated in a STEM subject.

Demonstrated experience in single application frameworks – React / Angular / Vue

Experience working in Linux Environments

Extra brownie points for:

Knowledge / Experience working with Splunk

Knowledge / experience in Java (Spring Boot)

Database experience – SQL.
