Senitor are thrilled to be working with this Irish company who are looking for a Junior Field Engineer in the Dublin area. This is a great opportunity for a Junior IT Support Engineer to gain experience and upskill. You will be highly valued within the business, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility for the jobs allocated to you. The field service engineer's role is varied, from supporting new and existing end users in the understanding of their system through to diagnosing potential operational issues with the installation or equipment.

Full clean drivers licence essential.

The Role:

Attend customer sites mostly in the Dublin area.

To ensure that work is carried out to the highest standard first time and on time.

Assist with the installation of new equipment.

Troubleshooting & desk side support.

Ticketing system in place to ensure all issues are deal with in a timely manner.Skill Requirement:

Excellent communication skills, written & verbally.

1 year plus IT Support experience.

Able to work under pressure and on own initiative without supervision.

Self-motivated and able to work to very high standards.
