Senitor are thrilled to be working with this international company who are hiring an experienced C#/ .NET/ Database Senior Software Developer to join the Information Technology team of a leading global company in their offices in Shannon. In this role you will be working on the design and development of Windows and web-based applications, liaising with business partners & IT colleagues. You must have the ability to take initiative & work independently while maintaining strong team relations. Excellent benefits package & amazing working conditions.

Requirements:

· A degree in software engineering, computing, or related subject.

· 4+ years' professional experience working in a Software Engineer/Developer / Applications Management role.

· Excellent knowledge of C# ASP.NET MVC frameworks.

· Experience with Visual Studio .NET and TFS.

· Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery.

· Experience with Relational databases, preferably Oracle.

· Experience of Oracle PL/SQL usage for Business Logic.

· Experience in writing .NET Web Services and consuming Web APIs.

· Experience with React JS, Bootstrap, CSS.

· Experience with DevOps pipeline.

· Good understanding of version control software (branching, merging etc.).

· Knowledge of the full SDLC. Additional Competencies.

· Experience working in an Agile development environment is desirable.

· Experience leading offshore resources ensuring consistent quality delivery.

· Excellent time and work management skills, able to prioritise competing demands from conflicting sources.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Fluent written and spoken English.
