IT Support Engineer

Location: Runcorn

Salary: £26,000-£30,000

My client are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team in Runcorn. Their ideal candidate must have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to think on their feet, and have a track record of providing outstanding customer service.

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for our company's internal systems. This role requires troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of both hardware and software in order to meet internal users needs and company objectives.

Requirements for this role include:

At least 3 years of experience in an IT Support role

Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

Outstanding customer service skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Office365/Exchange/SharePoint
