An award-winning Law firm in Bishop’s Stortford is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team.

My client has offices in Bishop’s Stortford & London and we are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to provide support to their offices.

As the IT Support Analyst, you will assist with the day-to-day running of the IT department including:

* Building and deploying desktop and laptop Windows PC’s

* Installing and configuring standard applications

* Installing and configuring Avaya Phone handsets

* Reporting faults and configuration requests to third party suppliers

* Monitoring the IT support mailbox and assisting with first- and second-line support requests

* Provide training to staff on all IT products

The ideal candidate must have at least a year’s experience in a similar role, and a qualification in Computer Science would be advantageous (role can be adapted to suit a graduate). You must have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines.
