My favourite client is welcoming a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team in the Southampton office permanently on a hybrid working basis!
You'll gain hands-on experience being heavily involved in project work, providing 2nd Line Support to clients and customers, and gain exposure and training on 3rd Line tickets for you to grow and develop into the best IT Engineer you can be.
Required skills:
-Azure - extensive
-Networking knowledge - intermediate
-Citrix knowledge
-Excellent Customer Service and ability to problem solve!
-Active Directory - permissions, users, groups
-Windows Server 2003+
-ITIL environment (desirable)
-ServiceNow / an equivalent ticketing system
-Problem-solving skills
