Job Title: Customer Service Delivery Representative (Telecoms Industry)

Location: Warrington

Outside IR35

£100 per day

Hybrid- (3 days onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Delivery Representative to join our team in our telecoms industry in Warrington. You will be responsible for providing high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. This is an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone

* Respond to customer inquiries and address customer concerns

* Manage customer accounts, resolving any billing issues

* Follow up with customers on orders and deliveries

* Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

* Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner

* Utilise customer database systems to track customer information

Technical Skills Required:

* Previous experience in customer service

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

* Knowledge of customer database systems

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong problem-solving skills
