Role: Desktop Support Analyst

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000

My client, a growing financial company based in the Chelmsford area, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their expanding IT Team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn and progress within a company, whether you are an IT apprentice or graduate or someone with little experience in IT but with a desire to learn and grow. You will be working with a talented IT team to support in-house bespoke systems, which you will be trained on upon arrival.

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn, good troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a team environment. You will be providing technical support to end users and maintaining the desktop.
