Microsoft 365 support engineer

My client is seeking a highly motivated Microsoft 365 engineer to join their rapidly expanding IT team. Main responsibilities will include telephone and onsite support, assisting clients with a broad range of technical issues as well as getting involved with a number of large projects.

This role has a range of fantastic career development opportunities with multiple avenues of progression.

A driving license and access to own vehicle is essential due to site visit requirements.

Essential:

Microsoft O365 system admin experience

Microsoft O365 defender

Microsoft O365 migration and implementation

IPv4 Networking

Windows 11

SharePoint

Minimum of 3 years' experience

Desirable:

AWS experience

O365 certified
