Salary: £42,000 - £47,000 (+ excellent benefits including 30 days holiday & local government pension)

We are looking to recruit a Technical Systems Lead for a leading public sector organisation based in Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of working with specialist IT systems (eg an ERP, CRM or similar) and their ongoing usage and development.

Working as part of a new team who are responsible for a wide range of specialist systems you will support the Product Manager in delivering the product roadmap, including key system integrations and automations, whilst fostering an environment where compliance and data integrity are always top priorities. The role has overall responsibility for the technical configuration requirements of the system.

The Technical Systems Lead will take ownership of specialist IT systems and will be able to demonstrate

A strong technical background with understanding of system configuration approaches and architecture

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to translate technical language into user-friendly concepts

Great relationship building skills, able to work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Previous involvement in digital or technical innovation and the desire to maintain industry awareness and knowledge
