The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for the resolution of IT support incidents and service requests. The Desktop Support Analyst performs other IT related tasks that contribute to an improved service to IT users.
KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITES:
- Solid knowledge of desktop environments Windows 10 and Office365
- Good SCCM knowledge would be an advantage
- Deployment experience isn't essential but would be ideal
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator
- Flexible team player, comfortable in a legal sector environment
- SQL Experience
Contract Length - 3 Months
Location - Southampton/Remote
Inside IR35 Contract
