Senior Business Analyst, Global Payroll, Reading, Mainly Remote

Senior Business Analyst required to work for a Professional Services company based in Reading. However, due to Covid-19, this will be practically all remote. You will travel to Reading on the ‘odd’ occasion, but essentially it is remote.

Key Responsibilities

* The Senior BA will need to understand client’s requirements and objectives and be able to document current processes as well as future ways of working, identifying any gaps and where technical solutions are required ensuring these are clearly specified.

* The Senior BA will work with teams across the company including robotics, automation and AI as well as external suppliers, as required, in order to identify the appropriate

solution, ensure it is clearly documented, reviewed, approved and implemented in line with the proposed delivery schedule.

* Additional responsibilities could include working with our local in country service partners as well as clients to document requirements and propose solutions to support the delivery of company services from Global Payroll.

Requirements

* The candidate should be deadline driven, organised, methodical and efficient with an eye for detail and good communication skills.

* Experience of running process reviews, gap analysis and documenting processes as well as being able to clearly define technical solution specifications is required as well as

proven history of implementation of process improvements.

* The candidate will be interested in and have experience of process automation and robotics.

* Diligent and demonstrate attention to detail

* Possess strong technical payroll knowledge

* Efficient & deadline driven

* Proactive

* Have good communication skills
