We are keen to hear from candidates with a strong interest in IT/Technology with good customer service and administration experience. A confident telephone manner with strong attention to detail. Someone that is comfortable multi-tasking and managing a changeable workload.

For the successful candidate this represents a great career opportunity - with potential to lead on to a Developer role at some point.

However, the position at this point will be to offer 1st line support and ticket triage for 2nd line support & development. A flexible approach towards general IT support administration is essential as is the ability to work efficiently in a small and friendly team.

Monday – Friday 8.30 am – 5 pm
