1st/2nd Line Support - Bishop's Stortford- £22K - £28K

We have an excellent opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Support to join my client based in Bishop's Stortford as an internal IT Support. My client is growing rapidly and looking for someone with a strong technical background to provide internal support across all technical areas. The successful candidate will be required to be involved in all aspects of IT including networking, application support, hardware support and software support. You will work closely with the Head of IT covering all aspects of IT support and project work.

This role is working in a team of 4 providing Support across both sites for over 150 users. There is another site located in London so very ocassional ad hoc travel to London may also be required. This will be expensed though.

Key Responsibilities:

Working within the ITIL Framework

Provide initial assessment of incidents, either resolving them or escalating to the appropriate areas

Ensure computers, network and peripherals are in good working order.

Project work and Server maintenance

Provide efficient support to system usersKey Experience:

MS 365 package

Cisco, routers, switchers

Windows 10

Access Point, Endpoint

Active Directory

Excellent Customer Service Skills

VPNs, Connectivity
