IT Support Analyst

£25,000 - £35,000 DOE + 28 Days Holiday + Pension + Training

In this role you will be the IT helpdesk function for a busy manufacturing site, reporting to over 100 users. You will report to the IT Team and have regular contact with the IT Manager to ensure quality of projects and develop your skillset.

Your primary duty is to provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line desktop support for all local computer infrastructure, responding to service desk requests for technical support whilst ensuring a timely resolution.

Working within a team environment, you will be familiar with IT practices and have an enthusiasm to embrace knowledge and effectively communicate with your peers.

The Role:

- IT Service Desk Support/Helpdesk

- 1st, 2nd and 3rd line internal Computer Infrastructure support for a busy Manufacturer's site

- Evaluate and assist with user desktop configurations and other computer-related issues, support existing ERP system and other associated reporting systems.

- On-Site, Mon-Fri Role

The Person:

- A strong IT Helpdesk/Support Experience working with Hardware, Software, Networking and Troubleshooting experience

- Must have a Technical understanding of Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Operating Systems and VMware vSphere

- Must have experience with Networking, System Security, Cloud Services and User Support Experience

- Must have an understanding of ERP in a manufacturing environment

- Must live commutable to Bradford
