My client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide IT consulting services to their clients, assist with the implementation, migration, training, development, and maintenance/upgrades of their PaaS offering.

Key Responsibilities:

** Provide technical support and incident management for systems and networks

** Diagnose and solve faults on both hardware and software

** Work to SLAs and manage multiple open tickets

** Develop and maintain technical documentation

** Provide technical leadership in your area of specialism

** Escalate issues to the appropriate team as needed

** May be required to travel for work and be able to work out of office hours

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

** Excellent verbal and written communication skills

** Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

** Proven experience in an IT support role and team

** Must be able to work independently and carry out tasks to completion

Other Requirements:

** Must follow all integrated ISO management systems

** Must be able to maintain regular, punctual attendance

** Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic

** Must complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks as required by your work
