Role: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer
Location: Hatfield
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
Our client, a growing MSP based in Hatfield, is in need of a 2nd line IT support engineer to join their team. As a key member of the IT support team, you will be responsible for responding to client IT support requests from any source, managing both assigned and unassigned requests, promptly communicating the resolution of support requests, and quickly identifying requests that cannot be resolved, and escalating them if needed.
Key Skills:
* Experience in Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 2016 & 2019
* Office365, Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive, InTune and Azure
* Networking - LAN & WAN connectivity, router and firewall issues, firewall policies, TCP/IP, Subnets, DHCP, DNS, VPN
* Anti-Virus - Firewalls, Active Directory and group policies
* Coming from an MSP background or working in an MSP environment is essential
