COINS Support Analyst | Up to £45k DOE | Permanent | Hybrid | Bedford | Bonus + Car
Do you want to play a vital part in developing the COINS platform to help drive business growth? This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at a pivotal time and have the chance to make a difference with your technical, hands-on COINS knowledge.
The COINS Support Analyst will be supporting and training end users and therefore will have in depth knowledge of the COINS ERP application and reporting functionality. The role will involve providing support for the network of super users and end users at all levels in their day to day use of COINS ERP, ensuring that issues are resolved within agreed business SLA’s or escalated when appropriate.
What does the COINS Support Analyst role involve?
Provide COINS support, advice and guidance for internal users, resolving issues within agreed SLAs
Provide training as required for internal users ensuring best practice use of COINS ERP
Document business processes and develop internal guidance notes and knowledgebase
Perform business analysis to understand and document technical requirements and design solutions
Log support issues and liaise with 3rd party application vendors support to ensure resolution of software incidents
Test and implementation of new modules and features
Test upgrades and patches including regression testing
Ensuring that the COINS system is fully compliant with all aspects of legislation
Working alongside and advising internal/external IT support teams
Develop and run key reportsQualifications / Experience:
Experience of supporting COINS ERP users in a similar previous role
Financial/commercial/building industry experience desirable
Excellent understanding of business process in a construction environment
Experience running small IT projects
Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
MS Visio skills to document processes
Ability to effectively manage system support calls via a helpdesk system
Possess a current driving licence and willingness to travel to regional offices if requiredSalary / Benefits:
