Performance Test Engineer - Permanent Hire - Consultancy

Responsibilities:

Working in a team of 10+ non-functional testers, with focus on performance engineering, reliability, resilience and building monitoring.

Working in SAFe Teams.

Creating release test strategies based on non-functional requirements, Risk analysis, driving non-functional testing for release.

Design and execute performance, reliability and resilience tests.

Non Functional test report creation and conversation with stakeholders.

Required Experience:

English fluency.

A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Non-Functional testing.

Ability to manage and execute Non Functional testing in complex large-scale program.

Performance testing and engineering experience in LoadRunner, JMeter or other performance testing tools.

Knowledge of Jira, ALM or Qtest and of database query tools.

Ability to work independently and leading 2-3 team members.

A degree in a relevant field.
