ERP Business Analyst

My Client based in Dublin Cirty Centre are looking for an experienced HCM ERP Business Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our current human capital management (HCM) processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and requirements related to HCM processes and systems

Analyze and document current HCM processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement

Design and implement solutions to improve HCM processes and systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectivesRequirements:

5+ years of experience as an HCM ERP Business Analyst

Strong understanding of HCM processes and systems, including ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
