Salary: £19,760 – £21,000, depending on experience.

Hours are 32 hours plus, per week.

You may have sales or customer service experience, or a background in retail, hospitality and thrive off exceeding customer expectations and targets in a fast-paced environment.

We are offering broadband, Sky TV and energy to “warm leads” recommended by the customers estate agent and referencing company. All the leads have opted in for the service.  

What will you be doing?

As a Sales Representative, you will be at the heart of helping customers arrange their essential services when moving home, such as Broadband, TV and Energy. Moving home is one of the most stressful times in our customers lives, so helping take the stress away is what we are all about.

Dealing with potential customers over the phone, web chat, email and social media, you will need to be able to think fast and deal with objections, turning them into a positive experience. You will promote our products and services to potential customers, whilst building relationships and developing your experience. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will need to be able to easily adapt to each circumstance to impress and win over the customer.

Comprehensive ongoing training is provided which gives ambitious team members the opportunity to progress within the organisation to higher rewarding roles as previously mentioned.
