We are looking for a Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across various business areas to translate ideas into workable solutions, and will be responsible for identifying and understanding business issues and processes. They will follow a structured approach to gathering and organizing business requirements, and will communicate these requirements to both business and IT stakeholders using various techniques, including process diagrams, UML, and logical data modeling.
The Business Analyst will also be responsible for managing scope creep and ensuring that non-functional requirements, such as security and data privacy, are considered in the design of solutions. They will provide guidance and support to each business unit to help them understand the impact of proposed solutions on their processes, and will oversee comprehensive testing to ensure that delivered solutions meet the required functionality.
To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in business analysis, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies. They should also possess excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, as well as sound judgment and decision-making abilities. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is desirable, as is Scrum Master accreditation.
