Senitor are pleased to be working with a reputable and award-winning organisation based in Chester, who are looking for an IT Lead to join their team. Operating in the creative sector, our client is looking for someone with previous IT Management experience who will play a pivotal part in delivering strategic IT transformations and overseeing responsibility of the current IT department.

Within the role, the successful applicant will have a high degree of autonomy and will work closely with key stakeholders in other departments across the business. Ideally, we're looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience in an IT management or lead role, who has been involved in delivering IT projects.

Key responsibilities:

Take a lead on and deliver a number of technical projects, with the purpose of delivering digital transformation in line with strategy.

Identify and implement IT solutions to make improvements to IT across the organisation.

Manage and maintain all IT across the estate.

Management of third-party suppliers.

Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

Manage the external IT helpdesk.

Skills/Experience required:

Proven experience of managing and assisting with IT projects.

Strong communication skills.

Experience liaising and communicating with stakeholders.

Broad technical knowledge (Windows Servers / Desktop OS, Networking, Virtualisation).

Knowledge of financial and commercial business processes.
