Project Manager – Business Transformation
Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: Circa £42,000
FCHO have set out an ambitious three-year Corporate Plan to review and redesign our customer facing services, internal processes, operating systems and culture. Each year, priority projects from this Corporate Plan will be identified and brought forward for delivery. To help the business to achieve this delivery, we are recruiting a new Transformation team, including two Project Managers – Business Transformation.
These Project Managers will take a Business Partner approach, which means you will be responsible for ensuring that the annual portfolio of projects is successfully achieved across the organisation securing sustainable changes in systems, processes, and culture at FCHO, and allowing for services to better shaped to meet customer needs.
You will make a significant and effective contribution to FCHO, ensuring it is well positioned to achieve both its current and future Corporate Plan aspirations and goals. You will be an ambitious project manager who appreciates that bringing out the best in people is the way to achieve our objectives.
About You…
You will be a highly competent project manager with strong technical skills and experience in delivering a change & transformation. You will have the tenacity and passion for continuous improvement, with a resilience to drive changes through supporting colleagues, partners and customers to embed them. You will have the aptitude to manage multiple projects, with highly developed verbal and written skills and the ability to build strong relationships within your team and with other key stakeholders.
