Service Desk Analyst - Bath
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a high-profile Bath based company who are looking to expand their Service Desk team which provides first class support to over 400 employees.
This is a busy and varied role providing technical support on a variety of systems, answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email.
In order to be considered for this Service Desk Analyst role we are looking for some of the following experience:
Previous experience of working on an IT Service Desk / Helpdesk in a 1st Line Support capacity
Experience of logging calls through a call logging system
Good overall IT knowledge especially with Windows 10 & Office 365
LAN Infrastructure, basic ADSL Routers/Switches
Excellent customer service skillsThe Service Desk Analyst will be working on-site three to four days a week so candidates need to be able to commute to Bath.
