Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer

Location: Nottingham (90% remote)

Salary: £60k + Bonus

We are seeking a skilled Azure DevOps Engineer to join my clients dynamic team. As an Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining their cloud-based infrastructure on the Azure platform. Your primary focus will be on automation, deployment, monitoring, and scaling of their cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure on Azure

Develop and implement deployment pipelines and release processes

Automate and optimise processes using Azure DevOps tools such as Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, and Azure Artifacts

Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure and services to ensure high availability and performance

Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of code to production

Implement and maintain security and compliance policies in Azure

Requirements & Key Skills:

At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure on Azure

Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps tools such as Azure Pipelines, Azure Boards, and Azure Artifacts

Good experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and building IaC scripts, ideally with Terraform

Experience with automation tools such as: Ansible etc

Experience with containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Good experience with CI/CD e.g. Jenkins or GitLab

Monitoring tool experience e.g. Prometheus, Grafana etc

Configuration tools e.g. Puppet etc

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
