General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

Wyn and Stimusoft (Service Geeni – Company Service Management System)

o Aid write / change reports

o Aid write / change Dashboards

Sharepoint

o Aid / Create Reports

o Share rights and updates.

Power Automate

o Lift off

o Workflows

o Maintain Outlooks rules for the mutilation of emails

Data

o Gaps Analysis and changes

o Setup and monitor daily report to complete missing data

Onboarding/off boarding

Clients

o Service Geeni Database

o Equipment, Sites Data

o Contract data and sequencing

New Employees

o Set up within Service Geeni Database

o Reconciliation of users’ rights

o SharePoint admin

o Synchronise to SharePoint OneDrive document data etc

XLS convert macro to import into Service Management Database format

o Insurance Defects

o Customer Assets

o Call centre update of weekly/monthly changes

Setup and monitor new rotas

o Move away from emailing Spreadsheets

o Share with engineers and clients

KNOWLEDGE

· Power BI, Dashboards, or other BI Software

· Process Mapping E D

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Ability to analyse large volumes of data

· Intermdiate/Advanced user in Excel

· An interest in developing skills in Sharepoint, BI, reporting and dashboards
