iSupply Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a global brand leader who are looking to recruit a service focused First Line Service Desk Support Analyst to join their IT service desk team.
If you have experience working with a service desk team and have the drive for providing excellent customer service, this could be the role for you.
Based in Shefford, this role offers hybrid working, whereby you could work up to 2 days per week from home if you wish.
The working week is Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:00 & Fridays 09:00 - 16:30, with one hour for lunch (34.5 hours per week). Benefits include: pension, private health, generous holiday entitlement and above all else, a friendly and welcoming place to work.
What you will be doing as a 1st Line Support Analyst
Logging and managing calls to the IT Service Desk, ensuring that service targets are being met
Communicating with the customer to ensure they are informed of progress
Building of desktop PCs and laptops
Suggest improvements to the desktop environment based on knowledge of issues and feedback from end users
Assisting with the implementation and testing of changes to the desktop environment
Writing and maintaining user information sheets
Plan and prioritise own work activities to ensure targets are met
What we are looking for - 1st Line Support
Excellent communication skills - verbally & written
Experience working in an IT Service desk environment
Good IT knowledge
Willingness to learn
Ability to work on own and within a team
