IT Account Manager

£25-28k plus Bonus Package

We have partnered with a well established and successful IT solutions company who offer high-quality, innovative outsourced IT services.

This includes network support, infrastructure projects and software application development.

They have a loyal and established client-base within the SME marketplace and as a Microsoft Certified Gold Certified Partner, maintain extremely high standards of service. They have had a vacancy open up in their team!

The role is to manage a number of customer relationships from a commercial perspective, including contract management, carrying out strategic activities, responding to requests from customers, as well as developing sales of products and services.

* Experience of working within an IT Managed Service Provider role is preferable, along with a

strong understanding of IT networks, security, hardware and other IT related products and

services.

* Direct experience of working in a customer-facing role is a requirement ideally with experience of working IT service desk environment but this would just be a bonus
