Role: First Line Support Coordinator
Salary 20-25k Depending on Experience
We are looking for a First Line Support Coordinator for a busy Mansfield based organisation.
Working in a fast paced and varied role, you will be providing first line technical support to business clients and escalating more complex issues to internal departments and third parties as well as:
First point of contact for all client technical issues
Coordinating and resolving issue from call to completion
Updating the client on progress and timescales
Logging and recording all issues
Assigning calls to engineers and 3rd parties
Providing excellent customer service
Creating standard documentation on problem resolution and fixesThe ideal candidate for the First Line Support Coordinator role will have
A customer service background with experience in IT support
An interest in problem-solving with hardware, operating systems, and software packages
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work on own, as part of a team, and under pressure
