We are looking for two Junior Digital Portfolio Managers who want to help us run projects and solve problems that impact the most vulnerable citizens in society.

There is a lot of exciting projects to build new solutions and improved services on the go in DWP Digital, so the work we do in Portfolio Management is really important, and valued.
We ensure that decisions surrounding the timing, structure and prioritisation of projects & programmes, are correctly planned and managed.
In your role you will support tracking, analysis, and reporting and assure the delivery of outcomes within your portfolio.
You'll work alongside other project and portfolio experts, and support our multidisciplinary delivery teams so we can work faster and better. You'll help to unblock issues and make sure that proper controls and risk mitigation procedures are in place.
We need to meet service standards - the work we're doing will impact millions of DWP users - so you'll make sure we're compliant, hitting high standards, and adherent to all governance and assurance requirements.
You will support and collaborate with our friendly project teams to set up new projects and identify and manage inter-project dependencies.
Essential Skills
Experience of stakeholder management and building good working relationships
Experience of producing and maintaining reports using a range of tools
Experience of analysing information to make recommendations to help enable effective delivery

You'll join us at one of our digital hubs in either Blackpool or Manchester.
