A Technology Services Provider is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their IT Team in Dorking. You will be in the office full-time during your probation, after that the role is hybrid working. The job requires you to answer inbound calls from clients and pick up tickets from the second line issue board; managing these tickets to closure.

Key Skills the Desktop Support Engineer will have:

At least two years' 2nd line IT support experience.

Excellent experience with Office 365 and Active Directory.

Fully proficient with Windows Servers.

Managed service experience would be a benefit to hit the ground running.

Network and MS Server experience.

Microsoft or Network certifications beneficial.The company as well as the starting salary will offer great work life balance,
