Unique opportunity to join a fast-growing Cyber Security company that has patented its threat intelligence system and provides services to enterprises worldwide. They have recently established an operation in Ireland and are poised for extensive growth in 2023.
As a Solutions Engineer, you would be the technical voice of the customer, working with Sales Teams, Customers & Partners to build out a perfect implementation of their service.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the technical voice of the customer & SME throughout the sales process
Own/manage technical pre-sales activities including Technical presentations, demos, POC / POV projects.
Jointly own sales cycle & account plan with the Sales team.
Understand and document customer business technical requirements and use them to create value-based proposals.
Provide iterative feedback to Product Management team to relay market demands from prospects/customers.
Create technical diagrams
Provide on-site customer training
Context switch between situations quickly whilst managing multiple active projects
Follow internal roadmap of new product features
Act as Liaison between Sales & SecOPS teams.
Sales enablement via support/analysis & responding to customer requests.
Guiding the technical sales cycle towards a technical close
Ideal background:
You will need excellent knowledge of Network topology, with experience /qualification in Cybersecurity and excellent customer engagement skills. Previous experience in presales activities is a distinct advantage or a strong interest in moving into a presales solution role.
This can be a fully remote role but will require travel to client sites, sales events, and team meetings. Excellent based Salary and bonus potential on offer
