IT Technician - Dorking

IT Support - 1st Line Support - Windows - Exchange - Network - Office 365 - AD - Helpdesk Support - Network - MS Server - Helpdesk - IT Technician

A huge IT services provider are now looking for an IT Technician. You will be in the Dorking office full-time answering inbound calls from clients and picking up tickets from the level 1 issue board - managing these tickets to closure.

Key Skills the IT Technician will have:

At least one year 1st line IT support experience

Basic networking experience

Excellent experience with Office 365 and Active Directory

Proficient with Windows ServersThe company as well as the starting salary will offer great work life balance,

Starting salary £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
