Technical Content Designer, £40,000, Poole
The purpose:
As Technical Content Designer for the UK's leading provider of dealership management software, you will be responsible for providing content in the most efficient way to help users to find the information they need to get the most from our client's products.
The responsibilities:
Expand and develop the help centre to include accessible content including product documentation, FAQs and knowledge base articles.
Using analytics, user feedback and research, create and improve user centred content.
Work with the R&D team to gather user feedback.
Review content to ensure it's accurate, relevant and matches the style guide.
Researching and creating Digital and In App content to drive user adoption.
Keep abreast of system enhancements to ensure that content is up to date and relevant.Experience and skills required:
Experience using content management systems and developing a Help Centre.
Expertise of creating high quality digital content.
Able to demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills.
Methodical and organised with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail, producing highly accurate work.
Can adapt to a fast moving, high pressure environment.
Educated to degree standard or equivalent work experience (4 years in a similar role).Background and benefits:
