We are looking for an experienced software engineer with strong proficiency in C and C++, and some knowledge of Qt and device driver development. This Cambridge based company develop customer-focused applications for prominent tech companies.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to design customer solutions and work on their existing high-quality codebase. You will be responsible for developing C++ modules, GUI sub systems to interface with Qt, (a junior engineer will assist you with Qt deployment) and interfacing with customer platforms. This could include anything from a raspberry pi to a vehicle dashboard, USB interface or Google maps.

Senior Software Engineers will work in a small team and have significant autonomy in how they approach their work. There are no restrictions on the technologies they use, and they will have the freedom to redesign things if they believe there is a better way. The company does not require much maintenance work, and there is no legacy code to manage.
