Job Title: 3rd Line on Site Support Engineer

Location: London

I am looking for an experienced 3rd Line on Site Support Engineer to join an existing Team. Your role will involve providing operational support to enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:

Provide operational technical support and troubleshooting to enterprise environments.

Reviewing and implementing change requests onto the two enterprise systems.

As a 3rdLine on Site Support Engineer, you will be working alongside multiple support teams and SME's and the customer.

Working as part of a Team which includes the customer.

Your experience

As a 3rdLine on Site Support Engineer you will have Windows Server (2003 & 2008) with Active Directory experience and Exchange (2003 & 2007) experience

Knowledge of user and client management in Active Directory and Exchange mail flow.

As a 3rdLine on Site Support Engineer you will you will have experience in the Support of Windows client's on a Domain.

CISCO Routers and Switches with command line experience (CLI).

As a 3rdLine on Site Support Engineer you will be able to run basic CISCO commands and have a base understanding of the configuration.

Firewall awareness (mainly Fortigate and McAfee Sidewinder 8. Also Cisco ASA knowledge).

Principles of the functionality of a firewall.

VMware ESXi & vSphere (5.1).

Oracle Databases (8 & 10).
