Content Designer - Tech for Good - Remote - £70,000 + Great benefits

Brio Digital are working with a leading Tech for Good company that deliver a wide range of major healthcare projects which benefit millions of UK citizens every year.

What you will be doing:

Actively championing content whilst working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Showcasing/understanding how content is affected within end-to-end journeys.

Researching, deciding upon and articulating appropriate delivery methods and processes, showcasing evidence/research-based decision making.

Heading the development and integration of strategies, ensuring business objectives and user needs are met through evaluating impact and progress.

Responsible for visualising outcomes, identifying scope and shaping a minimum viable product.

Building and combining various prototypes with design and content outputs for user testing and to present to stakeholders.

Establishing, testing, and reiterating content patterns.

Understanding the best way to visualise content, demonstrating a strong understanding of the audience.

Collaborating towards continuous improvement and reiteration.

Liaising and engaging with stakeholders, building and maintaining long-term relationships.

What you need to bring:

Strong experience in Content Design

Strengths in managing and prioritising workloads, meetings goals, timescales and targets

Prototyping and content concepts experience

Skills in the visual representation of analytics and data trends

Strong understanding of the various types of data, evidence and user research

Communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong influencing and negotiation skills

Ability to thrive under pressure

Strategic thinking ability

Desirable:

Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues

Working to GDS standards

Experience working with NHS Digital or GOV digital service
