T2M are currently working with a fast growing HR and compliance company that provides services across the globe. Working within the international support team as IT Support Coordinator you will deliver IT support within the business, provide project support, manage hardware and support software improvement projects.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for personal development, and exposure to a variety of IT projects will provide valuable experience for an aspiring project manager. We are looking for an ambitious and forward thinking individual to become part of a quickly growing business.
Key Responsibilities as an IT Support Coordinator
Provide IT support and training to end users.
Manage and coordinate hardware deployments.
Work within IT improvement projects.
Maintain IT asset registers.
Provide system and application training for new starters.
Maintain system and application access.Requirements to be a successful IT Support Coordinator
Excellent customer service and communications skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience with Office 365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Administration.
Experience working with Azure AD and Remote Desktop.
2 years of experience working in an IT role.
This role will be based from the company's head office in Birmingham and offers a salary of up to £30,000 depending on experience.
