ICT Business Partner

Eden Brown Synergy is currently working in partnership with a Local Government Organisation in Yorkshire which is looking to recruit an ICT Business Partner on an interim basis. The post holder will be responsible for the development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships between the ICT team and other Service Areas as well as stakeholders. You will act as an escalation point for any issues being managed within, or brought to the attention of, anyone within the ICT team.

As an ICT Business Partner, you will be:

Developing and implementing the ICT strategy to support service delivery models and people and culture.

Managing the Apps Support team to deliver the ICT strategy and provide system responsiveness to deliver Business Plan and Improvement Plan.

Managing the ICT SLAs to ensure the core systems architecture and infrastructure are in place and ensure Trust complies with requirements e.g. GDPR, cyber security etc.

Ability to future proof requirements and support the Trust in building cases for capital investment and maintenance requirements.

To ensure ICT team representation is in place on all Change Projects and Programmes where the IMT team, or outsourced service provider, are required to provide advice or deliver services.

To ensure appropriate governance and assurance is place regarding these engagements by verifying that the correct processes, policies and procedures are adhered to.

Lead on Communications. To co-ordinate and take the lead in the communications from the ICT team to Service Areas.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

Extensive experience of ICT business partnering

Experience of Line management in ICT teams

Experience in Business Relationship Management, Service Delivery Management or Customer/Account Management in a multidisciplined ITIL aligned IT Service.

Knowledge of Project/Change Management methodologies

Strong written & verbal communication skills with the ability to produce cogent reports deliver presentations and chair large or challenging meetings, providing complex information in an accurate and concise manner

This role is initially for 3 months and paying £269 umbrella per day inside IR35. The role will be hybrid.
