I am supporting a global life sciences business looking for an IT Support Engineer. If you’re looking for a role that is going to offer career progression, training and working in a large corporation look no further. The ideal candidate will a minimum of two years’ experience within a Support or Service desk environment.  

Responsibilities

Provide deskside and remote support to end users including both hardware and software related issues.

Experience setting up new starts according to company standards

Partake in any developmental training that is offered and be fully engaged

Provide high levels of customer service both internally and externally.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft products including windows 7,XP and 10 pro

Experience of basic windows server 2003/2008/2012/2016 administration

Knowledge of Office 365, AD and basic networking skills would be desirable.
