ITSM and ServiceNow Analyst EMEA

Hybrid role Hatfield site 6-8 days a month/ Remote working

Our client is a multi-cultural, healthcare, global company and seeking a knowledgeable ServiceNow Systems Administrator to be the single point of contact for the support and delivery of the Service Now platform ensuring the capabilities are shared and understood among all internal business stakeholders and demands are delivered and supported in an efficient way according to SLA's with the support of 3rd Party ServiceNow Development company.

Acting with consultative approach on Service Now platform and ITSM best practices.

Experience required:

* Degree qualified desirable

* ServiceNow certifications preferred, and further training offered

* ITIL Certifications ideally

* Good knowledge of a broad range of IT technology platforms, products, services.

* Demonstrated experience working in IT ideally Service Desk

* Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow toolset at System Administrator level

* Experience of implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM

* Experience in upgrades to the ServiceNow platform

* Experience of working with external service providers

* Business/customer facing experience

* Experience of project Management methodologies and practices
