SharePoint Analyst. Based in central Glasgow, I have a brand-new requirement for a SharePoint Analyst. This role offers 2 day remote/3 days site based working. Operating within a small team reporting to the Head of Applications, the primary responsibility is to provide development and training across the Microsoft 365 suite.

This is a hands-on role and the very first initiative will be to work with marketing to build and deliver a group wide Intranet on SharePoint online. You will take a pragmatic approach to delivery and be familiar with agile methodology and ways of working.

You must have/be:

* Excellent communication skills.

* Solid understanding of back-office business processes .

* Expert in SharePoint Online with a very strong understanding of the remainder of the suite and add-ins.

* Ability to deliver a pragmatic and logical workforce education program using available public domain materials.

* Agile approach to delivery, creating stories, MVP and sprint planning.

* Ability to prioritise your workload and time management .

Any skills in Power Apps, Flow and Power BI would be a bonus but full training will be provide!

Role involves:

* Build Group Intranet site in Sharepoint Online.

* Create education program for Microsoft 365 to deliver the modern workplace.

* Write storyboards, flow diagrams and build MVP to demonstrate Microsoft 365 capabilities to business problems.

* Business process reviews and solutioning leveraging automation.

* Training of key users in more advanced features of Microsoft 365 suite.

* Build SharePoint governance for the group to ensure platform optimisation.
