In this role, the IT Support Technician will be working in a client facing role, operating from the IT Service desk. This will involve performing IT Support and Customer Service activities as you will be managing and escalating the IT Support Tickets and queries.
This role would suit an IT Technician who is from a customer facing background, who is looking to jump into a new role working for an existing IT company that will allow you to train up your IT skillset and kickstart your career in IT Support.
