Job Title: 3rd Line Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer

Location: Hampshire

Salary: £55k plus bonus and benefits

Candidates must be willing and eligible to go through SC security clearance for this role

I am looking for an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer for a client of mine who are a leading IT Systems Integrator operating within the UK defence sector.

Your experience:

* As a 3rd Line Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer you will have experience in Microsoft Windows Server 2016 Core Platform.

* Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2016.

* As a 3rd Line Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer you will have experience in Microsoft Active Directory.

* As a 3rd Line Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer you will have experience in Microsoft Group Policy Management.

* Microsoft Certificate Authority (AD)

* Microsoft Clustering.

* As a 3rd Line Infrastructure & Application Support Engineer you will have experience in Microsoft DNS.

* Microsoft Remote Desktop Server (RDS).

* Microsoft Internet Information Services. (IIS)

* Microsoft PKI.

* Tenable Nessus

* PKI

* Symantec AV

* 3rd Line Support of Biometric Applications in a Windows environment

* Supporting Biometric Applications with a database component (SQL Server 2016)

* Management and Configuration of .Net/Java applications, Tomcat.

* Technical Troubleshooting Skills.

* Storage and Backup Services (NetApp SANs, NetApp On Command Plug-in, NetApp Snap Manager, Snap Creator, NetApp Metrocluster)
